		<description>Greetings,
I was looking for the definition of CEO on Google and stumbled onto your website. Lucky I am :) After reading the article and a few more, I know there is more to be learnt from your experience and CONGRATULATIONS, You got another reader of your brilliant articles. Brilliant website, THANK YOU :)

In my past, I have started a business with a supposed &quot;friend&quot;, where I was the main &quot;grafter&quot;, while the partner only collected money, profit and salary. She unfortunately did nothing else than driving around delivering product and joining in meetings not even knowing how to present MY work, leaving me to do all the presentations. Because we were &quot;friends&quot; I always found myself excuses for the partners lack of input into the company&#039;s working hours. There was no dedication and it obviously all ended after 10 years. We split, me loosing all I managed to build in 10 years with a supposed &quot;friend&quot;. The sentence &quot;make new mistakes not old ones&quot; is brilliant and couldn&#039;t be more truthfull!
Life is a process of learning from the begining to it&#039;s end.
I am now back in business, no partners. I do believe there can and exist true partnerships that make companies last over centuries, only for now, though, I am learning all about leading, managing and co-working, as well as outsourcing first, then will think about partnerships!

Looking forward to read more of your wonderfull articles. Truly inspiring :)

Thank You
Regards
