Ive only been a CEO for 2 yrs now and before that I was an Executive Secretary. I thought it would be an easy transition but being a CEO is a rather broad job description. I didnt know it would affect my personal life as much as it did and vice versa. Im also very thankful for the information I just read. I feel a lot more confident for our next Board Meeting!
