I grew up very poor and have focused my whole life on being successful. I now consider that I've acheived the success I was looking for but find myself sometimes unhappy and unsure how to find happiness. I am married with 3 small children which brings me a lot of happiness but also restricts my ability to pursue the things that really fascinate me. I find myself thinking, "when the kids are in college, THEN I'll start xyz".

It reminds me of a Howard Jones song, "Hide and Seek":

..She decided that her work it was done,
time to have fun and found a game to play,
then as part of th game she completely forgot where she hid herself
and she spent the rest of the time trying to find the parts..

Any advice would be appreciated.
