I'd enjoy learning about how to tell the boss that they're the reason why you don't get enough done.

What about some time saving tips at home; such as ways to multi task on chores?

I'd say that 'leaving work earlier' is a solution phrase with the problem phrase being 'staying late at work'.

Same with 'strong relationships' would you go with 'weak relationships' or something more descriptive?

Great ideas for the book. I love the concept of approaching problems individually.

Both Cathy and Caine's suggestions I think cover the two other topics that come to my head as well.

I guess also not getting bogged down in the tools but rather the process. But maybe that falls under procrastination :)

How about getting the most from the content that exists online. There is a lot of content out there, some of it has got to be good for you. Things that will inspire you, or help you get organized.

How about not letting negative/difficult people keep you from doing what you need to do? (Get them onboard, work around them, etc.)

Avoiding online time-sucks. Not just email, but social sites and other online stuff that can consume your attention if you let it.
