NLP, as most people use the term today, is a set of models of how communication impacts and is impacted by subjective experience. It's more a collection of tools than any overarching theory. Much of early NLP was based on the work of Virginia Satir, a family therapist; Fritz Perls, founder of Gestalt therapy; Gregory Bateson, anthropologist; and Milton Erickson, hypnotist.			When submitting something for the Web site, make sure to tell me where on the site you would like it added. The fastest thing is to tell me the URL of the page where you would like the submission. People will be reading your entry to gather enough information to make decisions. Demonstrate your communication skills and give information that will aid in decision making. A suggested guideline: use present and past tense verbs, and discuss facts. Phrases like "best ever" and "your whole life will change" are sales. A fact would be, "We won the ABC award for the training we presented in North America." If you want to publish opinions about your product or service, the reviews page is the place to do it.
