This seminar was held in Atlanta over a three day period at the Marque of Atlanta Hotel. Reasonable rates and food were provided by the hotel. There were about 40 to 50 participants present.

In my opinion Carmine did a brilliant job of capturing the participants attention and helping each one get his or her outcome. (Ok I got mine.) I have participated in NLP class experiences that weren't very good at meeting or installing measurable outcomes for participants. Proably one of the best trainings I have experienced actual measurable outcomes and directions is with Rex and Carolyn Sikes at IDEA Seminars. (John Lavalle was training with them also.) I would also put the training I recieved from Carmine Baffa in the same catagory.

Topics covered ranged from the value of neutral position to learing how to take on the essence of the person being modeled. Carmine is very good at using non-verbal skills to install attitude and open skills capability in others.

If I were to try and outline the event it would go something like this: 1st day - welcome and gather information of desired outcomes. Physical Squash exercise and beginning of setting everyone in the same direction. Define and install more useful outcomes(done without participants awareness). Opening more loops than I could count which puts me in an altered state anyway. Exercise on how to go netural (3rd position- whatever) and the benefits of such a position.

2nd day - More of the same as day won (Oh I meant day one or did I?). Calibration excercises that moved beyond the average NLP exercises. How about being able to calibrate to people while not even looking at them or them being out of the room or all the way down at the front desk and you being in a seminar room. Learning how to elicit the skill sets wanting to be modeled. How to use both Milton and Meta models at the same time. Some deep trance identification. A lot of exercises and fun. Of course that's the way training is supposed to be, isn't it?

Third day, spent modeling experts in their fields, Doctors, Corporate Trainers, Hypnosist, and the best of ourselves. Learning how to Photoread a quicker way. Closing of all loops except those that close when one does the assigned reading at home.

It is definitely true, for me, that it is harder to find good people to model once you know how to model. I have been suprising and delighting myself with all the new skills I can obtain quickly and easily.

Carmine did not give any written course material but I'm finding that with the required readings given at the class that just as with John Lavalle or Richard Bandler skills and attitudes I didn't know I had before have started popping up in my everyday activities.

As with others such as Richard Bandler, John Lavalle, and Rex and Carolyn Sikes, Carmine Baffa must be experienced to fully appreciate his impact. His trainings are reasonable priced. Let me underline the word reasonable. In comparison to some who charge a whole lot more and deliver a "whole lot less" Carmine's trainings are far more than reasonable, they are greatly appreciated. If you are a prudent shopper and you want great quality at bargain prices then check out Carmine's trainings.
