I found Core Transformation to be a wonderful gentle heart-oriented process that allowed me to be healed by my own core self. By the afternoon of the first day I was excited, I had not felt this good in a long time, rushes of energy coming out of my face beaming to other people, I noticed others were beaming too. By the end of the weekend I was in the thick of it, working with some major parts that I have wanted to work on for a long time. Was there complete resolution of all major issues in my life after one weekend of core transformation? No. But the skills I acquired have opened up some new possibilities for personal change. Now after a week, the dust has settled, I see changes that I like. I am happy. I want to do more.

Connirae and Tamara usually took the stage together, each speaking in turn, somehow they each knew when it was time to jump in and say the appropriate phrase, often one would finish the others train of thought. Many times there was a feeling that their love was filling the entire room as they were speaking. There were also over a dozen assistants skilled in NLP, working with us individually that made learning a breeze. Both trainers were very clear and easy for me to understand. We broke into eight-member family groups for the purpose of discussion and sharing, each group was lead by an assistant or two, that gave the course an intimate feeling.

In a nutshell, the course content consisted of the core transformation process; eliciting the outcome chain, reversing the outcome chain with the core state, growing up the part, working with all parts involved, and parental timeline reimprinting. We also learned the aligning perceptual positions technique.

The workshop was held at the Denver Sheraton. Most people stayed there or at another nearby hotel. I heard no complaints about the accommodations. The food was good at the Sheraton and there were plenty of restaurants with in walking distance to accommodate any type of appetite.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking for transformation in their life.
